Personalized Weight Training, Cardio, and Yoga Classes
Personalized and supervised weight training classes (6 -8 participants, max) are scheduled throughout each week. At Joanne's Fitness Studio, all of our programs can be modified to meet each individual's needs.

Weight training is not about "how much can you lift" but how you use "resistance training" (machines, free weights, and resistance bands) to maintain and slowly improve your upper body, core, and leg strength. We help you select the appropriate amount of resistance you should be working with and show you the proper technique before we move you on to a more challenging program.

Cardio Workouts on our state of the art equipment improve your overall core fitness and, when combined with weight training - are the best way to gain and maintain optimal fitness. All members of Joanne's Fitness Studio may use our cardio equipment free of charge during normal business hours

Cardio Circuit Classes are held on Saturday morning and feature a combination of weight lifting AND Cardio exercise. You work at a pace that is comfortable, but challenging.

Personal One-on-One Training

Personal Training (1:1) is also available at the Studio. Please contact us to discuss your needs and availability.

Just Finished Physical Therapy?

Many of our current and new members have undergone surgery and physical therapy. At our studio, we are delighted to to work with you to improve your strength and mobility before or after your medical prodedures and formal physical therapy.     

Pricing

Joanne's Fitness Studio has a simple philosophy regarding our services. There is a monthly charge of $ 150. You can then participate in two supervised training sessions per week, plus unlimited use of our cardio equipment during any of our business hours. No contracts. No registration fees. No membership dues. No hidden charges.
